βHow will I receive my product?
You will get access to the product shortly after purchase. You can access the product via keymaster.fivem.net/asset-grants. Once you have logged in here with the CFX profile you used when you made your purchase, you will be able to see the product you have purchased. Click on the download button and you're ready to use.
βHow do I know that the product I have purchased will work on my server?
Check the system requirements of the product on the CFX Forum or in the product documentation before purchasing.
βWhat are the payment options?
All payment methods supported by Tebex are available in our webshop, the only exception at the moment is paysafecard. You can find a list of all payment methods supported by Tebex here.
βI have a problem with a product I have purchased, how can I get help?
If you encounter any problems while using the product you have purchased, please read the product documentation first. If this does not help you solve the problem, please open a ticket on our Discord server and our customer support team will provide you with full assistance.
βI logged in with the wrong CFX account during the purchase of a product. How can I transfer the purchased product to another CFX account?
Unfortunately, due to a recent change at Tebex, we are no longer able to transfer products to another account. For possible solutions and more information in such cases, please contact us on Discord.
βHow do I get the Customer rank on Discord?
If you have entered your Discord username during the purchase process, you will automatically receive your rank when you join the server. If you have not entered your Discord username, please open a ticket on our Discord server, send us the transaction ID and your CFX profile email address or username.
βDo I have access to the source code of the products?
Most of our products are not open source, but you can find out before you buy by checking out the product on the CFX Forum or by reading the product documentation. You have full access to our open source products, which means you have access to edit or view any file. For our closed source products, you only have access to the configuration files.
βIs editing the source code of purchased products allowed?
You can fully edit our open source products, but only for your own use. Our products edited by customers are also subject to the prohibition of unauthorised distribution and we cannot assist you in editing our products. For our closed source products, you only have access to the configuration files.
βCan I get help to change a part of a product I have purchased?
Unfortunately, we cannot help you customise our products beyond the settings in the configuration files. Of course, our open source products are fully customizable and editable, but we are not able to help you with these changes either.
βI purchased a product, but I am not using it on the specified system, so the product is not working properly. What can I do in this case?
Please always check the system requirements of the product on the CFX Forum, our Webstore or in the product documentation before purchasing. Always make sure that the system you are using meets the recommended framework and other recommended settings. In the event that the product does not function perfectly due to an inappropriate system, we are not necessarily able to provide a solution for the case, apart from recommending changes to the system and settings you are using. Regardless, it is recommended that you contact our support team via a Discord ticket, so that if there is another version of the purchased product that is compatible with your system, we can offer it for exchange.
βHow do I update a product if a new version is available?
It's always a good idea to update your product when we release an update with new bug fixes and features. You can easily do this via keymaster.fivem.net/asset-grants. Here, next to the product, you will see the date of the latest update, and by clicking the download button, you will immediately get the latest version. It is important to review the product documentation when installing a new version, because it is possible that new steps are required in the installation compared to the older version.
βI purchased a product, but I don't like it. Can I get a refund?
We create a detailed presentation video and description of our products in order to present all its details and functionality as best as possible. Please inquire about the product in detail before each purchase to make sure that you only buy a product that meets all your needs. In the event that you do not like the purchased product and do not want to use it, unfortunately we cannot help you and we do not take responsibility for such purchases, so we cannot offer a refund.
